This was the one that made me a meshuggah fan. I heard bleed and thats the only track I knew and all I needed to hear. Picked up the album and spun that bitch in the car for weeks... Still the best meshuggah imo I love every track on here. Pravus,bleed,title track, lethargica, dancers all some of the very best shug tracks. This one has the perfect balance between speed,groove,and complexity out of all their records to me. And prob the best production

I think track by tracks work when they’re self aware, and aren’t an excuse/vehicle for bad writing. Feel like it’s a less helpful format for new albums though, where the audience doesn’t already kinda have a foot in the door.
