I've had Skinny Fists for forever, but it bored the shit out of me, like most post-rock does actually... This is pretty much just soundscapes though, and I like it.

I'm probably being really nit-picky, but the "xylophone" in Providence is actually a glockenspiel.
Anyway, to be honest I didn't understand the hype for this album at first, but after listening to it several more times I have to say it's pretty damn good. I love how this review goes over its story, because in the end I think telling a story without words is what this album's truly about. Awesome job!

Chan this is like THE BEST review!!!!The middle part with the journal catches the feeling of the album amazingly.My imagery was similar.
