Survivor's chorus with Jeremy and Mike is just magical. It gives such a human introspective to a zombie apocalypse. It's heavy in an emotional way. That breakdown is just guttural.

because he vocals are normally labored as hell, and he's slightly better here

really losing track with this band since Plagues release. which remain the best Post-Hardcore album in 2000's. after jumping shift just like many Post-Hardcore bands, i really lose them all.

roots = plagues > zombie

after roots shit went downhill. 818 has some cool stuff, and the space EP was cool too.

im surprised theyre still going given how awful mike sounds/depressed lyrically for the past... 4 or 5 releases lol
