Shes still heavily influenced by neurosis, doesnt matter if its drop tuning or not. First time I listened to this was in the car, but I could appreciate it much more on my headphones. The roads where I live arent the best and the noise drowns out much of the music here.

kinda wish she went a bit further on the acoustic side of this. i found the the electronics and distortion on some of the tracks to be fairly distracting given the minimal nature of the album.

Say what you want about this album (I personally enjoy it) but Deranged For Rock & Roll as straightforward as it is might already become one of my all time favorite songs of hers.
