This album is epic. Tribulation is a solid band all the way through m/

Tribulation? Gimme a fkn break lol
I don’t like this album nearly as much as their debut after a few spins. Doesn’t sound as fresh, lacks variation.

I only wish the vocals were in English so I could grasp some of the words but other than that it's excellent. Certainly not as good as old school Lord Belial but it's in the ballpark

Even those weird carachters are glorious.

I don’t really care about the lyrics in ‘extreme’ metal, usually even if they’re in English I struggle to understand them regardless.

Yeah lyrics tend to mean nothing to me regardless of genre unless they’re blatantly awful.

Oh yeah bad lyrics ruin everything, which means that if they’re indisipheable, it’s often a blessing. I can appreciate some lyrics, but it’s incredibly rare and not something I look for, especially in metal.

I seem to be the only one... I prefer to be able to at least grasp at the words. If I can understand lines and put strings of words together I definitely enjoy it more. That's what makes Bolt Thrower so awesome to me. And Cannibal Corpse's "Nothing Left to Mutilate" is so fucking good because of how brutal the lyrics are like you're inside the mind of a psychopath

Death and Acid Bath are two notable exceptions for me, so it’s not an absolute by any means.

BM noob who make a promise to myself to expend into the genre a bit more this year. So far this is my favorite BM release of ‘19, very close to a 4 and might possibly get bumped with another spin. (The Deathspell Omega album probably my #2 at the moment.)

I wouldn't be the same without all those nights singing along to Limbonic Art's cosmic-ego-demon lyrics.

These frosty riffs needed to keep me cool on this barmy hot day. Not sure why I decided to finally check some BM this year (in July), what a weirdo.
