Of Mice & Men just sounds bland.

Converge on the other hand, what are they trying to achieve with that kind of vocal? Can't see the appeal. The only part I like about Converge is when they play the quieter segments.

Well most people like how forceful and emotive Bannon’s vocals are, I find it strange that you wouldn’t understand the appeal if you’re a fan of what Kyo normally does, or Full of Hell who I see you rated highly. Honestly there’s rarely a style of harsh vox that I can’t tolerate unless it sounds weak.

The sound was an issue when I saw them in 2012 though, they only ended playing like 3 songs.

Doesn't matter when they come back for me personally since I'll probably won't be there.

Yeah that's the more damning thing, people won't make the effort next time and that sucks considering the sound is completely out of the bands' hands.



They should do some sorta refund or reimbursement of some kind for the fans, it's not fair at all.

After talking to their fans after the show (even my friends) they're too emotionally invested in the band to not go to see them next time, but that's just the hard-core troop. Idk how the others felt. They technically finished the set so refunds won't be given.

I feel for you big time man, it'd be like me going oversees to watch Opeth and their set being cut short etc.

It's my fav along with Mazohyst. Yeah I'm very disappointed and the fact I stayed 9-6 at Uni on Saturday plus having to do that again this Saturday to go to the show makes it sting even more.

Kyo is just a supreme singer tbh. Overall it's just a personal taste. No deep and throughout explanation for it unless you want to have a 120% biased comments about it.

Pretty sad about this album, I do enjoy most of the songs but the production sucks and overall it’s awfully derivative for the band. Probably their worst since the 90s
