Actually A Types is a sick album. It’s too different for me to immediately say this is better. Both are great tho

And agreed Magnetic North is king

I’d put this above magnetic north and a types yes. Adam Morgan back on drums alone solidifies that.

Magnetic North is an album Ive listened to one thousand times. Never had a trip to space as wild as that album.

This starts off so strong and finishes with the same effect. The tracks I care a little less for are slowly warming up to me, specifically CS lucky-one. Got that chorus in my head now.

Same. My least favorite was the closer but now I can't get it off my head. That bassline while Jay's singing "I'm the Navy so" sold me.

For now Arbiter is tied with No Wings To Speak Of as my third favorite Hopesfall. Magnetic North and Satellite Years are their best no doubt.

Adam Morgan is probably the most exciting thing about their revival, yes. They've always been a guitar-driven band, but their technique dwindled when Adam left. When I heard Adam was going to be in the line-up, I was so thrilled. He didn't disappoint either.

Are we sure this isn't actually Hum or Hums kids or Hopesfall kidnapped Hum and extracted their musical talent like what happened in Space Jam? These guys are better than Hum but damm they sound like to threads belonging two the same afkin.

I think that post-metal and sludge fans would love this too. The atmosphere on this in addition to a lot of Magnetic North reminds me of Rosetta, and the Deftones comparisons are fair as well.
