Sucks because otherwise Creature Comfort is the best song on the album lyrically speaking

They shoulda made a disco EP with just Regine singing the songs tbh. That'd probably be 4 tier stuff like the few Regine dominated songs on here

Creature Comfort is so bad, its lyrics are pretty hamfisted too.

Everything about Creature Comfort is bad, that or Chemistry is the worst song the band has made.

Up to date Normal Person was their worst song and at least half the songs on this are worse than that.

Honestly, that really bugged me. Self-reference just doesn't fit with their style at all. [2]

That line always made me cringe

I really love We Don’t Deserve Love so at least we got that

“We Don't Deserve Love is pretty boring for me.”

To me it’s probably the only song on here that just doesn’t feel fake or manufactured. It’s the closest thing we have to older stuff from them. I also love the way he hits the notes like “you” and “tv” at the end of some of the lines. The chorus does remind me of “I Love You Always Forever,” but it’s still a very memorable chorus and the ending is very smooth and has a theatrical feel kinda like The Lion King or something. I feel if they’d have approached this album the way they did that song it would actually be an awesome album.

Has anyone noticed that The Suburbs and Reflektor got removed from streaming services?

They’re both on Apple Music.

I wonder how long it’ll be til Chemistry is the new Rick Roll. It definitely sounds like something that could be capable

It took me stepping back from Sputnik to realize how weird most Sput summaries are

They really are like their own art form in and of themselves, which makes me feel oddly alienated by them.
