Ronnie Thick Skin Radke

Honestly I kinda dig the track, but I wish Ronnie wasn't such a whiny little bitch. I'm beyond tired of people complaining about cancel culture and/or criticism or anything in that area. It's always coming from rich and famous people too lmao. "Woe is me, sitting in my mansion, finding that some people on the internet don't like me."

Ronnie start beef with Anthony Fantano because he didn't like my generic shitty music Radke, Makes Linkara look less like a cry baby when people call him the Light Bringer and criticize some parts of his Channel Awesome style movie.

fantano really picking at the low-hanging fruit here

Ronnie Radke’s music is so embarrassing. The combination of the corny rapping and the cheesy lyrics is genuinely awful.

Yeah Ronnie’s career is really frustrating. I think fans of punk and metal who like DIYLF know that he could be the frontman for one of the best post-hardcore bands ever if he just upped his standards, let the other members have some influence, dropped the gimmick genre-switching, and focused on good songwriting rather than Twitter drama.
He has a great voice but will never use it because he is basically a YouTuber releasing diss tracks at this point.

^ this. I think he’s got a great voice and varied vocal style and love diylf. He’s the only thing holding himself back at this point. Feels like he makes all creative decisions for the revolving door of “band members”. I do think his most recent tracks while gimmicky at least seem to hit the mark on what he’s trying to do with decent structure and such.

I don't even mind the rap itself tbh, his delivery is fine, it's just the lyrics that make it so damn cringe. I do wish he'd stick to post-hardcore because I agree that his voice is actually very good, but he seems to have no interest in that. If he could just stop being such a thin-skinned cheeseball and deliver a little bit of substance with his lyrics I think he could do some decent stuff even with the mixed genres.

Makes you wonder if he had more assistance in the lyrical department from the rest of the band when they wrote etf ep and diylf. Easily the best work he’s done lyrically. Nothing necessarily amazing, but competent.
|
| |
The fact that he worked on Dying Is Your Latest Fashion is the only redeemable thing about his career

If one more person approaches me and tries to tell me I’ll love “Watch the World Burn” cause I’m “into that screaming music stuff” I’ll lose it completely

I am into Watch the World Burn because I am into that screaming music stuff

Happy 13th birthday bro

"I’m killin the syllables
With a loaded refillable
I’m a lyrical typical supervillain
I’m venomous
And I’m never gonna stop until
They put me on top of the list
I can’t control the monster any longer that’s inside"
How can anyone write something like this and not be embarrassed

It's not hyperbole to say that this band is quite literally the worst modern rock band out there
