It's more his approach, you think Dylan and the dude just has this mythology he's built up over years and years surrounding him. Ryan wanted that straight up and tries to cultivate it on 'Heartbreaker'...and it's all a bit obvious, there's something cynical n' clinical going down there. That's how it feels for me at least.
The harmonica doesn't help though ;D

Can't say I've listened to this whole album much this year, but I've come back to "Doomsday" fairly often. It's simple, but there's something beautifully heartbreaking about it.
