Jammed Winter's Gate again yesterday and it grew on me, so they're pretty close now.
WATV has the darkness going for it hard, but it's lacking in other regards.

This is honestly a lot better than I thought it would be. Saw them live a few days back, they put on a great show though it was surprising when they didn't play Punish My Heaven.
I couldn't get into We Are The Void and I completely skipped Construct so I may have to go check that one out since people are saying this is just a continuation of that album.
