7th grade me made current me listen to it and current me surprisingly enjoyed it, so who knows. if you liked City of Evil I don't see why you wouldn't like this, vocals aside, it's easily their best since then

Guitar and Drum work are solid, but the progression just doesn't do it for me. Even though it has it's moments, it just drags on a bit to much.

I don't mind his voice generally but he sounds kind of uneasy on here, struggles with some of the high notes too

I agree that this definitely seems like a natura progression from nightmare. I really enjoyed nightmare and HTk didn't impress me all that much. But I only gave htk one listen.

Idk why everyone thinks these vocals are that much worse. they're definitely acceptable.

This is probably the best album they could have made in their career at this point and I must say, I'm impressed and very happy with it.
