yeah man. Those are my feelings towards this too. It actually kinda makes it hard to listen to because it's one of my biggest fears in life. Pianos Become the Teeth give me the same feeling.

Good album, way better than Is Survived By. The one thing that really bothers me are the lyrics in the refrain of Benediction.
