Marietta, Algernon Cadwallader, A Great Big Pile of Leaves (their first album especially)

the emo revival is dying, 2014/2015 marked a lot of the bands in the scene either breaking up or dramatically overhauling their sound (The World is a Beautiful Place and Foxing come to mind). It's for the better.

and empire empire was cool but never my favorite from the scene
id say 2016 shows a shift in the emo revival style (albums like Goodness and Holy Ghost kind of showcase this) but not the death.

I've kinda avoided most of the emo revival for the most part (save for a few like hotelier, captain and Roswell) and stuck mostly to the original 90's stuff. Am I missing out on a bunch?
