Seeing more and feeling less

Saying no but meaning yes

This is all I ever meant

That's the message that I sent

There was a nice 16 page feature in the I yesterday on Bowie's career, haven't bought a paper in years but it felt appropriate.

The lyrics really are a work of genius.

Yep, every time you listen to the album now it's like you hear a line you thought was cryptic and finally realise what it means.

This is probably the fastest 5 I've given in 6 years

Isolated from the context of Bowie's passing, this is probably a high 4, but when taking into consideration the fact that he was in his late 60s and dying of liver cancer, and STILL gave his all to make the best album he possibly could as a way of saying goodbye to his friends and fans, I can't justify less than a perfect score.

(and as a side note SgtAenema your avatar is awesome. Long live Sir Topham Hatt / The Fat Controller / Thomas)

I didn't quite feel emotional from this album(mainly because it's the first one of his I've actually listened to) but my god is it impressive

Bowie in Fire Walk With Me is one of the craziest things I've ever seen. Wish he could have reprised that role in the new series

I love Bowie, but honestly his acting is like...

Unwatchable? Then again so was Fire Walk With Me and I watched that. I really hope Lynch doesn't ruin the Twin Peak's revival, the original 2 seasons were so brilliant.
