Loved TGG but can't get through this yet. Album cover looks like a 90s coffee shop art.

I still can't decide between this and TGT. Think it's less consistently good than TGT is, but then it's got highs like Cigarettes (then again... I Just Want To Sell Out My Funeral)

Thanks For The Ride and Bluest Things On Earth really bring this album down for me.

I love both those songs, tho i definitely wish there was more differentiation between the verses and chorus on Thanks For The Ride cuz i really like the chorus

You will be missed.

Nah, I do truly hate it, (I think it's the worst song on the album) but honestly I think the whole second half is awful so I'm just a debbie downer.

It's just dull, there's nothing to it. I don't hate it but... it's not the level I'd expect of The Wonder Years. Don't think the latter half is as bad as people make out though - the title track, You In January and Stained Glass Ceilings are all good and Palm Reader's alright.

Think I'm going to knock this down to a 4, unfortunately.

I like Thanks For The Ride. The narrative of the song really makes it for me though, it's a touching story. The song definitely picks up at 2:20. The solo at 2:46 behind soup's vocals is without a doubt the song's high point. The rest of the song is just okay, like a song I would expect from a sub par pop punk band like Neck Deep for example. They could have definitely done better. The tambourine was a nice touch.

-Sounds like old Mayday Parade to me. Not that it's a bad thing, but not seeing how these guys get sky high scores.

Cigarettes is better than anything Mayday have ever put out, the lyricism alone does it. And I like Mayday.
