I feel like the only person on this site that doesn't have a raging hard-on for Kendrick. I enjoyed this record much more than GKMC though. I like it.

I have read a couple of reviews for this. Props to the writer of this piece for actually including an opinion on the rapping in it. With all of the hype centered around the cultural message of the album, it seems many reviewers have gotten overly wrapped up (no pun intended) on the message and seem to forget that at its core this is a hip-hop album. I think this review touches on both subjects just the right amount. Have a pos sir.

Oh, god. Booboo.

I listened to the album through again and not much has changed. Some of the tracks are unlistenable. The only opinion that has changed for me is that Kendrick put so much effort into this that a 2 rating almost seems just disrespectful to him.

Yeah, man. I even read them separate from the album. Can't dig. He has some good one-liners, but I found a lot of this to be babbling/ranty and forced.
