Somewhere in this album are some incredible songs, but something got lost along the way. The instrumentation is where it needs to be, but idk, I can't put my finger on it. Something about this feels so emotionless though.

It's just too centric on vocal hooks, I think. A lot of it is lacking the impressive instrumentation of the prior records so it just feels like a dumbed down version that is easy to sing along to

I tried hard with this. The production is way overdone, and the instrumentation may be impressive at parts, but the songwriting bores me. It has tell-me-I'm-pretty syndrome IMO.

Battle for sure and then Mandala. Resignation is cool too but doesn't really fit in with the other two because of it's more "punk" sound
