Honestly they are pretty much your typical radio friendly sounding progressive rock. Very melodic. Nothing too groundbreaking but really good stuff.

Chino is so productive...

This sounds exactly like Depeche Mode with Chino and I'm completely fine with that.

I want to like this more. But it just seems like Chino playing it really safe. A lot like how I felt

about Palms last year. Would have loved a bit more experimentation in the vein of SNW or Team Sleep

and if he'd just know when to NOT sing sometimes. I feel like this would have benefited from a few

electronic only passages.



All that said, I dig the vocal melodies and catchy choruses too.
