Waking the Fallen and Sounding the Seventh Trumpet was alright, City of Evil was good. Everything after was a serious dip in quality. Like the band or not, their self-titled is weaker than their earlier releases and time hasn't been kind to these guys.

No, I believe what you mean is it is a serious dip in heaviness. I gather you are a fan of the heavier music and are one of the fans who were their in the beginning but then when they went for a more melodic, groove based sound with no screaming you disapproved, like so many others. And that's fine, I'm a big fan of every album and support a band growing as artists.

Ferinus, sorry, but I head these guys before you were a thing on Sputnik. And still, you're not a thing. So, actually I heard these guys long before there was a thing called haters. Let's all agree that Justin Bieber sounds terrible.

Well my biggest issue, outside of the lyrics seeming to get worse, and rather generic songs was Matt's waning voice. It just isn't what it used to be.

The quality in musicianship went up, so really the quality went up. Shad's showed the true abilities of his voice, Syn shredding like he can and should be. I mean to me it was a change for the better, they really reached their true potential
