@Storm Yes, you like this, its easy to say "fuck radke and all his music" but this is actually good
@Snide, This album is by FAR their best, undisputed.
@Sempiturtle that song is called "Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliche" and yeah, its a classic imo

Not Good Enough for Truth in Cliche was one of the first post-hardcore songs I learned how to play on guitar, such fond memories
|
| |
I dug a couple songs off of this but I'm not sure I've ever listened to it in full.... until now.
Wish me luck.

Honestly even though I wasn't above listening to something like this back in middle school/ high school, I still didn't dig this at all, outside of, again, just a couple songs. I don't know why, so far it's genuinely good.

there's no sympathy for the dead was ridiculous when it came out, a lot of us thought these guys were going to be the next great thing in post hardcore.

Then Craig joined, and they turned into what my friend refers to as "Dad metal"
|
| |
yeah they really turned to the buttest of butt metal
borderline unlistenable and I'm not repulsed by much musically

The first Falling In Reverse album was pretty fun when it came out, but everything after that has been laughable

ronnie and omar were the two creative forces no doubt but its very telling that neither of them did shit since they left/ got kicked out of this band. tho its interesting to think of a follow up to this album with ronnie and omar on it but drugs

There's something really endearing about early Chiodos at least. It's actually kind of a shame what happened to Chiodos, Illuminaudio was such a promising change. They could've pulled a Sempiternal on their next album
