45, Handwritten, Keepsake, and Too Much Blood are hard jams, but idk, the rest are underwhelming.

see, Too Much Blood drags for me and some songs kinda bland in too much with the rest of the discog, but stuff like 45 really gets me even if I've already heard something similar before.

Original live version of Biloxi Parish is still a classic. Absolutely gutting song.

can’t tell which i like more out of this, american slang, or 59 sound, and its probably the worst of the those but 45 might be the best thing they’ve ever done

this is my second least favorite Gaslight album, but god it has some great songs. It also has Howl, which means it cannot possibly be their worst.

I'm really starting to think this surpasses '59 Sound. It's at least as good as it.

Eh, there are a couple of clunkers on this one. 59 sound is pretty consistent. 45 and Handwritten are a power punch though.

They should never have changed the ending of Biloxi Parish. It was that 3rd verse that made it great. I still only ever listen to that debut live version.

Interesting. I've always thought 59 Sound had a couple of weaker songs that kept it back (Miles Davis.... Even Cowgirls..... Meet Me by the River's Edge). This really has no noticeable weak spots for me. It's consistently great front to back
