This is easily the Beach House record I've liked most on first listen. I love the much more pop-oriented sound on this. Can't say yet whether I like it more than Teen Dream.

This and TD are more pretty close in my estimation, but I think TD is a bit better, having a better flow.

TD has very few songs i really enjoy. not really the biggest fan of this band overall

Walk in the Park, Used to Be and Take Care are my favourites from TD but it's the variety that makes that album. It's the album where the songs most stand out individually for me, though it may be just the fact its the first one I listened to I guess
