I see comments full of anticipation with 1s and 2s plastered on them, what happened?

"That's why I have no faith in both of these artists because they've abandoned what they do best in favour of trying to be jaded fuckheads because "we hate where music is going these days and we want to plagiarize these obscure bands we grew up with cuz we're better than you."

Another master-piece from the minds of Wilson-Akerfeldt. Although not a surprising record after what we heard in Heritage and grace For Drowning, but still this album holds its unique position between them!!! m/

The title track is beautiful, as is Ljudet Innan.

I don't get this.
That's okay, Irv. It's not very good. It's pretty much what happens when you combine Akerfeldt and Wilson and one or both of them says "Oh man, this collab could be AMAZING... So we can't use EITHER of our strengths in our primary bands and we have to come up with the most awkard and obscure sound possible."
And then that sound, as unique as it is, is bland and mediocre.

I think they should should just extend that music video into every track and make a story out of it.

Most disappointing album of the millennium.

Wilson has always been kinda overrated and Akerfeldt turned into a vagina, so honestly I'm not all that surprised with the results here
