Davis may have gone a bit mental but I have to say, I really like this album.

Instead of Korn sounding like an elephant fucking a bass guitar, Korn sound like an elephant fucking a turntable. Nice.

Never liked Korn, but this album have some actually interesting dubstep/metal? songs: Narcissistic Cannibal, Get Up! and Way Too Far. Each my point goes to these songs. That`s why my score - 3. You know this thing is worthier...

I bet when I eventually listen to this I will give it a 2-2.5

my favourite reviews on this site are ones that are interesting to read, and this one is, whether you agree with the score or not. imo reviews should be treated like essays where you start out with a thesis or a point that the reviewer will attempt to prove by, yes, describing the music, but not only doing that. idk my opinion, but I'm sick of comments like that because if every review just talked about the music I would never read anything on this site.

I think they got taken down cause the album isn't officially released or streaming anywhere; only staff have the privilege of reviewing such material.

yeah. me and pizza weren't sure if the album prelisten counted as a stream or not but we took the
chance. Turns out it didn't so we'll have to repost them later on

there's nothing wrong with what you described, it's just that my personal impression from the review
is that 2/3 of it is ranting about the concept and brostep in general, and then the last bit is
tacked on so that it feels more like an actual album review
