i heard a song off this recently. wasn't too bad. not really anything like Alcest. (i haven't heard Drudkh so i can't comment on them.)

Pretty much what I thought as well. I did notice when I bought it off of Itunes it was called "Single Edit", so maybe it will be longer on the album.

They do seem to be making a point of calling it Promo, Single Edit, etc, so I'm fairly confident it'll be longer on the album. I'm really starting to wonder if he's planning on moving Alcest away from the subtle black metal influences entirely though : I like this soft stuff, but he's got a great scream (and can pull it off flawlessly live.)

I love his scream but I would have no problem if he stopped using it with Alcest. Souvenirs was scream-less but superb nonetheless.
