I prefer the cohesive nature of Boxer to this certainly ("Racing" is an interesting favorite from that one btw). I also just don't think their songwriting was up to par on this. Certainly they explore a lot of different sounds here but it wasn't until Alligator (maybe not even until Boxer) that they arrived at that unique National feel. There are hints of it here, in "Lucky You" especially, but overall it's not quite there. But I'm glad you enjoy it so much Dylan!
