holy shit, i can't believe how much this album snuck up on me. i remember listening to it for the first time a couple years ago and giving it a 3.5, and now it's probably in my top 20 4.5's. just from listening to it a couple more times. damn. seriously though, just this album's atmospheres and guitar tones alone are almost tear-jerking. add in some brilliant melodies, and bam.
