I thought my band was doing pretty decent in the contest to play our local Warped Tour. We had signed up over a month late and worked our way up to 300 votes in about a month. So out of random curiosity I searched for Love American. Your 5370 votes crushed my will to live, Adam.

Yeah I know it's rigged and I was doing that until we got in the top one hundred at which point the votes apparently don't count but seriously dude you have over 5000 votes. That's either a fuckton of time put into voting, random luck, or an actual fanbase.

it was about a week or two of time wasted back in february. even if we get picked i'm more excited to be playing a show with Brother Bear and Ruptures tbh.

See the problem with being in the type of band I'm in is that everyone you play with is either terrible deathcore, terrible post-hardcore, or a combination of both.

My screams are really inconsistent. I guess I could try with some practice. The thing is I could do it with the newer songs because they are a lot less technical, but stuff like then/than and alabama fucked up i dunno about. I would need a ton of practice to be able to scream and play that shit at the same time.
