I think this is much better than Homesick, I don't end up skipping everything past the first three tracks

This is much more solid than Homesick as far as hooks go, but the heavier parts on Homesick were better in my opinion, and I always liked that aspect of their sound.

Idk I like how they kinda went for more hardcore approach during the heavier parts, but I do agree wholeheartedly on the hook part

I agree this is way more catchy and hooky than Homesick, and while it's not their best I still think it's great. My only
complaint would be their single. "All I Want" just blows in my opinion. "2nd Sucks" kills it nonetheless and brings the
mosh!

i feel like this album was SUCH a step up from Homesick. For Those Who Have Heart was fucking awesome, and Homesick just fucking ruined it. they had it going. this, in a way, incorporates both. i still think For Those Who Have Heart is their best, though. hm.

I think Homesick and WSMFY both have their moments, but essentially fail at what FTWHH succeeded at. I agree with many other reviewers; FTWHH had a pop-metalcore vibe that the band members truly seemed to want whereas the more recent albums have thrown in heavy songs that seem out of place and forced. I think the heavy songs in WSMFY are just plain terrible and attribute that to the new guitarist. However, Skaff (new guitarist) helped craft an album with many more solid pop-punk songs (in my opinion). Homesick is probably better than this album, but not by much and I essentially think that ADTR creates albums with only three to five songs that are worth listening to repeatedly. Anyway, I'm not impressed but I do think this album is great for my girlfriend and the rest of the mainstream since you can easily tell which songs are pop and which are not.
