Not long ago I listened to this after going probably 3 or 4 months without and I was in tears after maybe a minute of Tunnels. The album's just so powerful and rings so true, so emotional without being "emo".

Ocean of Noise is definitely one of Arcade Fire's best songs though.

Neon Bible would probably be a 5 were it not for Regine's half of "Black Wave/Bad Vibrations" and maybe the title track
As it is, it's a reallllly strong 4.5. "Intervention," "Ocean of Noise," and "My Body Is a Cage" are all utterly phenomenal
