That actually would have been cool. It wasn't really my most loved track on Meteora but damn did it have a good sound to it.

Just noticed this - the same speech that is used in the intro to "Wretches and Kings" is in the intro to "Timelessness" by Fear Factory lol

This album is leader for worst of 2010 and its so far out in front I am fairly sure no current popular artist can catch it. The reviewer is obviously paid to write favorable reviews because this album is bloody awful.

"Wretches" is actually one of my favorite songs on here after hearing it all.

Only Catalyst, Iredescent and the 2nd half of Waiting for the End are any good. In some ways the album tries to be like the latest 65daysofstatic or NIN but is quite boring and weird for the sake of being weird.

I'd be content with if LP took the M2M approach and created an album more in the vain of heavier JEW...but alas 1kSuns could have been a good album if only LP didn't try to experiment so much with techno/electro sounds but relied more on classic instruments like 1.000.000.000 by NIN. Or why not stick with the old experiments on Reanimation. Songs like Kyur4 Th Ich would have fit here as well.

The "skits" are also quite annoying.

DA FUCK!!!!!!!!!!! This shit was shit wtf do they even need a guitarist and drummer anymore!! I thought from this review and the first 40 comments this was gonna be good but i was wrong. This shit was straight techno and chester screamed one song and they fucked that up also. My inner 12 year old self just died with the hope that this band will ever be good again.

You know, they use A LOT of drums. So that whole rant got way less valid.

Yea drum machines mabye. You can't really tell the difference between the drummers(Robs) drumming and Mr.Hahn beats. So i think my rant was pretty valid.

Well this is mostly pretty god damn boring like I fear'd, but Wretchs and Kinds aswell of The Catalyst are pretty enjoyable. So is blackout to a degree.

There's really a lack of excitement or variety that I was hoping for.
