99% of Telles twitter posts are completely bullshit

If he's going to post dumb shit at least make it entertaining like Radke. Radke's twitter is absolutely hysterical with how angry he gets.

Mainstream metalcore bands never mature. They only stagnate further and further into obscurity because of them trying to appeal to the masses due to popularity

yeah, like you know how brand new went from emo/pop punk and turned into more more alternative rock with grunge influences 'n shit? I can't think of a single metalcore band that made a mature transition like that. they probably exist, I just can't think of any. Other than Underoath of course! most of them keep writing the same bullshit, or butt rock, or nu-metal

LOL he blocked me too and memed on me when I said I didn't like Red Clouds after release. i'm glad it's just him, it makes this that much funnier.
this is gonna rip next week. really sad to hear about that encore though omg.

wait, are they not playing it in order? like...i'll live cause 2012 as an intro is still sick but that's so dumb...Hounds of Anubis is a wild intro as is

Telle was a nice dude when I met him back in 2014 but man his twitter rants can get tiring, like we get that you want people to like the new stuff but it just isn't as good or exciting

Telle was super nice both times I met him. He just doesn't seem to take criticism very well.

and damn, rip to Apologician.
the encore should just be Life Cycles songs. Evolution is a 2012 sequel and Dragon Spell has the Like Father Like Son callback ughh, it would have been perfect.

I just looked up the order of the setlist. I'm not fond of that order at all lol

That MMI setlist is fire though, playing bonus tracks and a couple other goodies.

what do you mean "rip to Apologician"? did they retire it? that song was sick
|
| |
Album Rating: 4.0
They're not playing it on this tour and never gonna play it ever again

I think the idea of retiring songs is pretty fucking stupid tbh, like I can get not playing some songs for a while but at least have them randomly pop up from time to time

@Steak Well Telle has shown he's not very in touch with his audience

if you actively come out and say you're retiring songs then you're dumb.

For real man, like he sees a couple comments from people praising new tracks and he gets it into his head that that's the majority, I don't get him. Life Cycles is THE song of this band, it still is and always will be, and 2012 is the first big song these guys ever did. All of their fame and audience came from the old days, so I really don't understand his logic by alienating that crowd (which is quite simply a much bigger crowd than the newer following they have)

MMI is good, and they're playing their best album.
