This is definitely one of my top three albums of the year. All of the progressive elements of this album are phenomenal. Flourish and Oscillator really take you on a journey when you listen. Love it.

The Contortionist destroyed themselves. Apparition was a masterpiece, but they butchered THEIR OWN SONGS on this new album. New awful singing, new awful guitar work on old songs and even awful new lyrics! Just like After the Burial, they have gone back to square one. Overall, I was just disappointed in this record. If you wanna hear The Contortionist, listen to Apparition.
