Some of us don't like to waste time Ars. If you like sitting through that,
it's your call.

I just find that track as useless filler personally.

Don't worry school, I'm sure Ars knows it isn't personal.

Never thought of "Applebite" as filler. It seemed more like a cool experiment for them.

And yeah I'm not taking it personally. With that said the : "Some of us don't like to waste time" comment is a little weird in my opinion.

You act as though every track needs to be epic... are you like anti- simple tracks or something?

For the most part. There are exceptions though: Half is one of the least strong moments in SUK, but it manages to be brief and sweet enough to be manageable. So yeah, it depends, but I do tend to dislike tracks that feel draggy, out of place, or a waste of time.

I'd say good filler is that which maintains the flow of the album. Bad filler imo, is that which goes against that flow. For me, Applebite lies in the latter category.

@school: If you switch LtL with DotU you more or less have my ranking. UMOK and DotU are fairly even for me though.

Louder Than Love is actually their album I'm least familiar with. I should probably give it more listens.

@Danny, Badmotorfinger>SUK>This>Louder Than Love>KA>UMOK

BMF just barely edges out SUK, both are classic in my eyes but BMF has the nostalgia factor for me

I don't dislike any of them, but KA was somewhat disappointing and UMOK was an alright debut but Flower and Beyond the

Wheel are by far the best tracks there

The bass tracks on BMF also give it the edge, Ben Shephard brought a ton to the band and that album is his finest moment imo
