This and Oracular are pretty close but this is their best.

That cover has no right to be so technicolor, when the album is 90% beige
|

I wish it was just like the single cover for Siberian Breaks lol

Oracular Spectacular was better yeah, even if it was sarcastic. Much better hooks and general songwriting. So much more memorable
|
| |
this is a fucking masterpiece
|
| |
Siberian breaks is, the rest hell nah.
Maybe T/T

I may have to do a review for this
|
| |
Do it, id def be interested in a modern take. I don’t love it but I have friends that did
|

This is replicating '60s pop the proper way. Every track feels so original and catchy but the psychedelic atmosphere and the way it's mixed just elevate it so high with very interesting and beautiful songwriting
|
| |
I find the vocals on Flash Delirium kind of off putting and very singles-esque but other than that every song is a banger

Agreed. This is probably their best album, although OS has a handful of better individual songs.

How this album isn’t universally loved is beyond me

It’s better than it gets credit for

I enjoy OS more from nostalgia, but this and the last album are better albums.
