i have been a bodom fan for a while now and although i think follow the reaper is one of there greatest acheivements this is pretty damn good and the guitar is perfect to get that bodom style sound.

Hay Shadowsfallen what do mean by the keys being cheesy on IN YOUR FACE? And why the hell is this so different from the old CoB? I have Follow the Reaper/ Hatecrew Deathroll and it does not sound so different, except for his voice and other minor things.

you know, it's weird...there has been over 200 comments on here, viewed over 1500 times, yet only 12 people have rated this review as good out of 12....anyone else see something wrong here?

alexi and roope's guitar playing is some of the best i've ever heard and they have'nt simplyfied their music at all the solo off in "If You Want Peace....... Prepare For War" is insane, but nothing touches "Kissing The Shadows"

I always found Kissing the Shadows to be an overrated song.



I listened to this album again today and loved it once again. It's great to hear Children of Bodom's new and fresh sound at it's peak.

I love Kissing the Shadows, but lately I've been hooked on Hatebreeder's neoclassical stuff.

Why is this album's overall a 3.7? I thought this was better than their other albums. This is one of the few albums that I like all the songs.

I like these guys, the guitarists are so technical and fast, which makes them awesome to watch. I haven't heard any of the albums but I've heard individual songs here and there. their cover of 'Final Countdown' is great.

Not a huge Bodom fan, but i love some of the songs on this album. Are You Dead Yet... Trashed, Lost, and Strungout, both awsome tracks. In Your Face annoyed me though with its cheesy opener (kinda reminded me of Godsmack >.

I checked another web site and they mentioned a song called Somebody Put Something In My Drink but i dont see it on here and it wasnt on the COB website either. Anyone know wat that song is? Its supposed 2 be on this cd(according to the first site i checked)This Message Edited On 05.19.06
