Selkies isn't my favorite from the album but its far from terrible!

The man speaks the truth. Even though it was the song that got me into the album, it still isn't my favorite. That would go to "Backwards Marathon" or "The Primer."

Yeah, the Silent Circus. Alaska is fantastic but the Silent Circus feels more personal. You should definitly pick it up if you like AlaskaThis Message Edited On 04.20.07

No, their second. BTBAM's first one was self-titled, which is good but I don't think you can compare it to their later albums (not including Anatomy, a cover album).

if Victory goes that far lol

but yea, their self titled is prolly the "very raw" version of BtBaM...

The Silent Circus was their defining sound as a band

Alaska is the followup to it

and The Anatomy Of... is well... covers haha

All Bodies isn't that good, i just think the groove in Backwards Marathon is quite nice. Other than that I just listened to the Primer yesterday, I can't believe I never noticed it.. its sooo good.

AMAZING album, i'd have to say it was Laser Speed that really made this album as great as it is, haha, but for real my favorite songs on it are Backwards Marathon and Roboturner.

Of all the great tracks on this disc, Laser Speed made it great? I cant tell if youre serious or joking. But it really is a nice song to listen to when youre just chillin out.

My favorite part of this album is the second half of Selkies, its my favorite outro ever.

Same here. It's almost better than the mid-riff of Face Yourself by Misery Signals.
