In a rare and shocking turn of events, I completely agree with Willie on this one. But I also agree with Demon that Elements is better than TSOP

I have to hand it to Willie, saying this is better than Symbolic yet having it rated 3.3 is a very wild take. I'm in shock.

My ratings are old. They're definitely not entirely consistent with how my opinions have evolved on some albums. This and Symbolic were both originally rated in 2011. I went ahead and fixed the glitch.

Double Post: While we're talking about all these bands, has anyone listened to Gnostic? It was the new band by Steve Flynn (Drummer on the first two Atheist albums). It was called Engineering the Rule. It's like old school Atheist with a new hardcore influence. The bass player and guitar player for that album were eventually brought in to play on Jupiter.

Such an awesome record. I think it's either this or Testimony for my fav Pestilence. Really wish they kept going on from here instead of splitting up. The reunion stuff is solid (underrated? at least a little) but it isn't the same magic
that whistle-y guitar synth when the vox come in in Demise of Time is so X-Files cheesy I love it
