Agreed & it will be interesting. I'm usnure she has too many options though. It will probably be more of the same. I can't see her taking away the guitar skills, but I can't see her going much heavier either. I guess, it's just a matter of trying to integrate a more technical guitar style into female sung pop music. Not going to be easy.

I can almost guarantee it. Not much else she can do.

If she could pull off some more tasteful soloing to mix with her shredtastic moments I would become a bigger fan.

She doesn't really shred though, her soloing is just average rock stuff yet still tasteful for the songs she sings. I just get all giddy because it's a woman doing it.

I'm a bit more of a critic than I used to be, a couple years ago I would've been ecstatic about this.

I was already an annoying critic...

But I'm with bloc and ties; if a song had a solo or a bit of screaming in it, it was my new favorite band.
