I'm just trying to think outside the box and understand why Jesse hadn't a higher input on the songwriting. My guess is

that they're saving the goods to when they go indie, maybe next year already.

Or maybe this record is what they intended to release, with no secret agenda to shock their fans. Jesse let Vinnie write some of

the songs, for whatever reason. Leave it be.

Let's chalk up it up as the George Harrison syndrome. If John and Paul never let him loose, we wouldn't have Here Comes The Sun, Taxman, Something, etc. etc. (Here comes redsparrow with 'too bad Vincent sucks, comparing him to George Harrison!? Blah blah blah' IF you even know who The Beatles are. Point is, perhaps the lyrics aren't as good as TDAG, but not many are. Stop comparing it, Daisy is a mind blowing experience all it's own. I'm also having trouble believing that if you adored TDAG so much, that you could hate this that much. There are points that would seem right at home on that album, (Bed, You Stole, Bought A Bride, Daisy, Noro). You keep acting like they have completely changed their style. They have ADDED on to it, but it's still Brand New. You wouldn't look like such a n00b if you at least gave this a 2. Your 1 rating is too contradictory for me to take any of your stupid points seriously.

Haha I guess in honor of your avatar celestialdust. I usually don't care, but ignorance gets my goat after awhile, especially about one of my favorite bands

But he is, whenever there is a string of about 4 or 5 positive comments in a row, he's got a drop in with his hyperbolic one sided opinion. I love this album, but I can see where some people wouldn't. He hates this album and can't see how people can love it.

I just listened to Vices, At the Bottom, You Stole and Daisy and then stopped the album. It makes me sad that I don't enjoy 2/3rds of this album.
