There is nothing "way behind" in the case of this band, all the albums are pretty close in terms of quality due to their very specific sound. Violet and this just do have the slight edge over the others.

Hide and Seek is way behind for me, I never revisit that one. I can't even remember anything off of it aside from the single which was sweet. Everything else is just behind this one.

This is very true, yet like Gmork said they have one or two albums which I just don't bother listening to even though they follow the same gimmick the band has been doing. Those albums are specifically the last 2.

I think I mentioned this before but I see Pins and Needles as TBM's most accessible and fine-tuned album, and I think Walking With Strangers is the album where their personal style is at their best.
Goodnight is my favorite jam on this. The lead synth just sounds so damn good.
