Who’s Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses is such a blinder you have to give this band credit they wrote some of the very best stadium rock classics despite being a proper bunch of strokers

When this came out it was so gargantuan it said absolutely nothing. There’s absolutely no way you could identify with it on any level.

It’s an all time classic record though. A real timepiece.

I remember the night my dad took me to the movies to watch this. Little Dewi was beyond impressed.

Me dad asked if i’d be interested in going to see the Zoo TV tour back in the day.

Having just had a look on the internet, it would’ve been Wembley 11th-12th August 1993. I’d have been 13yrs old, massively into Pearl Jam and Nirvana absolutely no chance I’d have been seen dead at a U2 concert.

I regret it.

I'm stupid and confused this with Rattle and Hum, that's the one I watched on the big screen. When this one came out I was the same as you Zaka, 14 year old, into Nirvana, etc, but still got a kick out of a lot of tracks of this album.

I ws gonna list the jams but you both did it.

Zoo Station is such a weak opener that it almost makes me sad.

zoo station is great. defo not on the level of like, a sort of homecoming, sunday bloody sunday, where the streets have no name, or even like zooropa, but its a solid opener

always felt like ppl underrate acrobat on here grew into one of my favorites

damn first time ive seen that take, altho i do think ultraviolet is pretty overrated and on the weak end here. rad instrumental held back by a boring 3 note vocal melody

I dont know guys, I just heard it back to back, and I don't think this has aged very well.

Singles definitely have that atemporal staying power but the rest felt pretty bland.

Including Zoo Station ;)

Aside from the three they did before R&H, this is their best.
