Arghoslent were a grower for me, I actually had started them at a 3.5, then upped them as high as a 4.5 for a little while, but recently brought it back down to a 4. This was a grower for me too though.

true, Arghoslent needed some growing on me too.My rating for it is still at 3.5 but that doesn't really do the album justice so I'll be raising it soon.This one however, I fell in love with from the first listen.

This is still my favorite death metal album for 2008.

Hornets of the Pogrom and Dead Congregation's Graves of the Archangels are far better death metal albums than this. Easily. Sorry Phoenix

Yeah, this, their EP and Hypocrisy's album too.

I enjoyed the EP more than this to be honest, the tracks on it were all good and it was over before it got boring.
