Second best album by Metallica(and a close second at that). Awesome straight through, never a dull moment, even on the lesser known(or liked tracks) Trapped Under Ice and Escape. Great songwriting, great guitar riffs and solos, accompanied by a few surprise bass moments and consistent drumming(its Lars Ulrich were talking about so I'm not sure what kind of compliment I can give him) make for a perfect metal album.
