This is their best by far for me.

Tim's scream is just too good to not be used, imo, and it's pretty non-existent from here on out. That's one of the reasons I am not as fond of this one as the previous two.

I think their song writing was the best on RPM and Siren, too. Neither of them have a skipable track for me, whereas the rest do.

RPM has a skippable track - Voices Off Camera.

Siren has some too, I forget which ones.

I would say Amber Changing is the weakest on RPM, but I still at least like and am willing to listen to it.

Same with Swing Life Away. Wouldn't skip it if it came on, but I don't really ever get the urge to listen to it.

Dancing For Rain and Blood to Bleed are the skippers on Siren Song

Dancing for Rain is amazing! What are you talking about?? C'mon, Green guy!

The only bad part of Dancing for Rain is the intro. It's a little uninteresting, but the rest rules.

It was always one of the stand outs for me. I saw them play it live at the warped tour the summer after the album came out.

It was awesome. Tim sounds phenomenal live.

Is his voice wearing out?

After singing some of the stuff he does I wouldn't be surprised

Yeah his voice sounds pretty fucked most of the time when singing clean. The scream is still good.

He does some good screams here and Appeal.

Really? That's a bummer. The two times I saw them was in 04 - 05, so, yeah, it was a while ago.

Maybe he wasn't screaming right, and it messed up his vocal cords.

Here's a pretty recent live video. The energy is still there but the vocals are just... off.

I wouldn't say he sounds bad, but compared to when I saw them, that's not near as good. He literally sounded just like he did on the albums back in the day.

I guess we cant really expect him to continue sounding that good, tho. Time has its effect on us all.

But, to counter my own point, Thrice and RA kind of have a similar timeline, starting out heavy and gradually toning it down, and mostly dropping the harsh vox, but Dustin's voice just kept getting better with age.
