Yeah man it was an awesome day of music. Queens we’re first, followed by Incubus, then Audioslave, and Jane’s Addiction headlined.

After years of not checking this bc I presumed it’d be entirely underwhelming I can confirm it’s actually hell underrated. Good jams.

It's by the numbers on many tracks, but great choruses and riffs balance it out

Honestly if they didn’t give in to the “fill the whole CD” mindset of the early 2000s and just issued the album with the first 8 tracks I think it’d be revered as a classic

Only the first 8 songs? Come on, "Getaway Car" and "The Last Remaining Light" work perfect as closers. The only song I could do without here is "Bring Em Back Alive".

Getaway Car is my favourite track on the album. I was speaking more to the fact that the album is just hell overlong for this style of music. Bring ‘Em Back Alive, Exploder, Hypnotize, Set It Off, Light My Way and What You Are are all roughly equivalent; you could easily cut two or three of them and the album doesn’t need all of them.

Yea, no, sounds like a slog and pure boredom on my part

It's not terrible tbh. It's just that there's so much more music that's better it's kinda a waste of time

Show me how to live and Cochise are gonna go down as some of the most definitive 2000’s rocks songs ever. Lightning in a bottle moments imo
