idk how this can be overrated to someone unless they hate all power metal. I don't see this as a peerless classic but doesn't mean that I find it 'overrated'.

I'd say it's the other way around. And Then There Was Silence and Punishment Divine are both in their top 10 for sure, but as a whole, this is stronger and more consistent imo.
