I think this cd has simularities to punk, but it is *thrash metal*, the material on kill em all is alot simpler than anything on the later cds (ride the lightning, master of puppets), and punk isnt as musical as it is making a statement, and thats what kill em all has.

Hetfields vocals on this album fit the style of a horse with a sore throat. Other than that though, the album is simply stupendous.

Blackened owns almost all Metallica songs. One of my favorite songs of ever. The only other track I find worthy of mention is the instrumental, To Live is to Die.

i think one and dyers eve are better than blackened and i think KEA is better than AJFA (blakened is still very good though)

It drags too long. Blackened has a kickass riff, amazing solo and it's just plain addicting. It's been among my favorite songs for about 3 months straight, no joke. Listen to it more, you'll see.
