Almost feel bad because I might actually prefer THAN to this. This just sounds like third-rate, completely unfocused mathcore

Im sorry you get the feeling its unfocused, for me its everything but this. "you dont walk away from dismemberment" is one of the greatest math tracks ever in my book....

the best bits of this are when they use the chaos smartly as part of the structure of the song



eg the end of the 5 min track (cant remember its name) that finishes with that crushing riff and a guitar solo over it. that rules



or the end of darkest tomb.



but when theyre just diddly doodling about with the guitars its good but a bit unfocused

Matt might've had more flavor, but Sam is almost undoubtedly the better vocalist. Matt's screams were just too throaty and kinda weak
